Janice Struckhoff, DDS, MS
Dr. Struckhoff’s education and work background provide a unique foundation for her orthodontic work. Dr. Struckhoff graduated with honors from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working several years as an engineer with Procter & Gamble, Dr. Struckhoff decided to change careers to pursue dentistry and specifically orthodontics.
As she discovered, orthodontics is a wonderful marriage of engineering and dentistry, moving teeth into a beautiful smile and a harmonious functional relationship. It’s all about the “before and after” and the positive effect that orthodontics can have on an individual’s appearance, self-esteem and overall well-being.
Dr. Struckhoff graduated with honors from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Her 3-year residency training program to specialize in orthodontics was also completed at Ohio State.
Dr. Struckhoff and her husband, Rob, love spending time with their daughter, Megan and son, Evan. In her spare time, Dr. Struckhoff enjoys running, reading and traveling.
Jacob Britt, DMD, MSD
Dr. Britt grew up on a farm in Waynesville, Ohio and graduated with honors from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then ventured to Philadelphia where he attended the University of Pennsylvania for dental school.
Dr. Britt began his career in dentistry serving in the United States Air Force and earning an advanced degree in general dentistry. While practicing as a general dentist, he discovered the impact of a healthy, beautiful smile and decided to pursue orthodontics. Dr. Britt returned to school at the University of Louisville and completed an intensive orthodontic residency program. Dr. Britt’s experience in service and leadership ensures high-quality and compassionate orthodontic care to all our patients.
Dr. Britt and his wife, Jordan, are proud parents of their children, Thea and Murphy. In his spare time, he loves playing tennis, traveling, and cheering on the Buckeyes, Reds, and Bengals!
Lauren Noll, DMD, MS
Dr. Noll was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She went on to become a Commodore at Vanderbilt University and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology and a minor in chemistry. She returned to her hometown to attend dental school at the University of Louisville, graduating at the top of her class. Dr. Noll then completed a two-year orthodontic residency at UofL, where she became classmates and friends with Dr. Britt.
Before joining Struckhoff and Britt Orthodontics, Dr. Noll practiced orthodontics for five years in Louisville and Southern Indiana. She also began teaching orthodontics part time, shortly after graduation, when her former professor approached her to join the faculty at UofL. She serves on the annual resident selection committee and enjoys her involvement with education, giving back to the program where she trained. She is on the Alumni Board and is the former president of the local orthodontic study club.
Dr. Noll brings experience in patient care and passion for clinical excellence to Struckhoff and Britt Orthodontics. With her background in science and talent in the visual arts, she works diligently to craft personalized smiles for every patient. She is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and the Southern Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Noll married her husband Aaron in 2025. A native of Northern Kentucky, Aaron is an ophthalmologist and an avid fan of the Reds and Bengals. On weekends they enjoy walking Ellie and indulging in Graeter’s or a latte from a local coffee shop. Dr. Noll also loves painting, playing tennis, and doing CrossFit. She is proud to be part of the Struckhoff and Britt Orthodontics team and to make Northern Kentucky her home!

Mindy - Sterilization Tech
Team Member since 2024
I am originally from Macon, GA. I moved to Cincinnati for College, loved it, and decided to make my home in the NKY area. I met and married my husband of 28 years in Florence. In 2023, I retired from the Kenton County School District as a Special Education Consultant. After spending 8 months truly living the retired life, I decided I wanted to get back in the work force. All three of my children were patients of Dr. Struckhoff and I loved everything about our experiences with this office. When I saw the Sterilization Technician employment opportunity with Struckhoff and Britt, I decided to jump into something that was totally different from teaching. I love this team and love seeing some of my former colleagues and students.
In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, and camping with my husband!
